Pink Panther I-II, the movie
Last weekend we had some spear time and watched The Pink Panther I and II. It was a very good choice for a bad weather Friday night. We laughed a lot, this movie is really funny, a good comedy according to my standards. Actually it is a very silly movie, with lots of turs you already expect and the surprise comes when there is a little twist in that too. Not a movie for serious people, and as s comedy it doesn’t supposed to be with to much “wise stuffs” in it.

Today I sent my application to join an affiliate program. With one of my sites, where I wanted to put up some topic related links, banners and stuffs… you kno, like figuring out.. maybe trying to make some bucks here there…
I filled in the form, where they asked, what kind of promotion I am planning to use. I wrote: search engine traffic to my blog, people come, read what I have to say about that topic or product, and if they like it, they go to see it on the store-s site, if not, they go away. Nothing forced, nothing aggressive.
So after sending the application, waited for a few hours. I got back a letter, saying that I wasn’t accepted. Between the reasons, I have fully “normal” reasons, and I accept them without any comment. They don’t like that site, so be it.
But this one made me laugh:
“Sole use of PPC or SEO to promote our stores/products”
No I am not using PPC. Not going to pay, it doesn’t worth that much to me. I am just using my imagination, write there about what I want. And not even optimizing it for SE. So it is so called ORGANIC SEARCH ENGINE TRAFFIC that is on THAT site.. And they don’t want it? That must be really silly :D :D :D
Well :)))) Be my guest than, there will be surely other affiliate programs who will like this kind of traffic :D Hmm really made my day, it made me laugh…

A gorgeous movie. I was stunned after watching, and needed a few minutes to go back to “normal”. For a long time I didn’t saw a movie like this. It was strange, because I never heard of it, nobody mentioned it, and still Ink (2009) is a great movie. It was not a huge hit, but it is a huge movie. Well of course for those who love this style.

Avatar…
Obviously a huge movie. Common if a movie is not a hit nobody talks about it. If it is, everybody wants to add something.
Today I saw some article about Avatar being racist movie. I didn’t really understood why, because there was nothingĀ racist in Avatar movie according toĀ my definition, but apparently there are always a few people that can find the even the non existing needle in the non existingĀ stack of straw.

“the Vatican commented on the movie Avatar” in the L’Osservatore Romano … common they supposed go to church and pray, it was a movie, for a great afternoon, for relaxation. But nooo “the story is to average”. Yeah so? The pictures are great, enjoy that, not every movie supposed to be the most amazing story ever told! Why do people always want to see HOW BAD is something instead of HOW GOOD is that same something?
Third article… “the movie Avatar causes depression“… yeah right. People are causing depression for themselves, our lifestyle is causing depression… a movie maybe triggers something, but it does not causes anything…Ā I start to hate when people always try to find somebody ELSE responsible for their own problems.Ā There is a forum dealing with “Ways to cope with the depression of the dream of Pandora being intangible” There are a few good ideas there :D, so if you feel depressed by Avatar, read, share and talk about it.
Why tend people to forget: “The universe will not bend to your wishes; you must take it on its own terms.” (dunno where I saw it, or who wrote it, but its absolutely true! )
So … it is a movie with a poor story, it is a movie with great pictures, it is a movie telling something good, and obviously its a HUGE hit if everybody talks about it. Congrats to the makers of AVATAR!
Btw.. they use to say: there is no such thing as bad advertising. The important is that people are talking about it!
Mariah Carey Drunk
He he … Mariah Carey is cute in some sort of twisted way in this video. This happened at Palm Springs International Film Festival. It is quite obivious that something is way “wrong” with her. Funny FUnny Funny!
